It is located on County Road 885 in Karnes County, Texas between Kenedy and
Runge. It is a tiny cemetery with only about a half a dozen or so markers. I
found out about this cemetery while doing some research on the history of the
county. There are no inscriptions left on any of the stones, but through my
research I was able to find a little information on a man who was buried there
named John Woodward Butler (Abt. 1830 - 1853). He was reinterned at his
family's cemetery at a later date, but with the information I have on him the
cemetery can be dated back to at least 1853.
